Post Foods, a US-based cereal brands manufacturer, has introduced Post Sesame Street Cereal - whole grain oat-based cereal - for infants.
The new Post Sesame Street Cereal is available in two naturally-flavored varieties such as A is for Apple and B is for Banana. The company noted that the consumption of this cereal provides two-thirds of a toddler's daily whole grains and contains nutrients that support healthy brain development.
Both flavors of Post Sesame Street Cereal contain 1g of sugar per serving and are free from artificial colors.
Commenting on the launch Post Sesame Street Cereal consulting physician Roshini Raj said that the Whole Grain content and fortification of nutrients like choline, iron and zinc are essential to a growing toddler's diet.
Post Sesame Street Cereal is now available at Walmart and grocery stores across the nation.
